1. Heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

2. Soften the butter in a frying saucepan at moderate temperature. Next, add the chopped onions and garlic, then heat till they are golden.

3. Next, add spinach, a little salt, and the black pepper, then cook until the spinach appears wilting.

4. Now, add breadcrumbs, dill, parmesan, and cheese, then mix till they are uniformly blended. Remove and set it aside from the oven.

5. Flatten the puff pastry sheet on a chopping board. In the center of the pastry, place your salmon and sear all sides with salt and black pepper.

6. Put several spinach spoons on over the salmon and smooth it, ensuring it does not overflow its sides.
