The Temple food is pure, healthy and in addition a part of Buddhist life. You can learn to cook the temple food with a monk and after cooking class, you can eat the food together.
To maintain cooked food until meal time and during serving, keep scorching foods at or above 140 degrees F and cold foods at forty degrees F or decrease. Use warming trays and coolers with ice to control the temperature of your meals and maintain them out of the temperature danger zone.
