In a large bowl, beat together milk, eggs, baking mix, butter and parmesan cheese. Stir in broccoli, ham and Cheddar cheese. Pour into ready quiche dish. Used a refrigerated pie crust in a deep dish pie holder and all but a little liquid fit but remember to sit the plate on a cookie sheet. I will attempt again with different fillings.
- They are quite shallow so I use two of them and just increase the eggs by two.
- Rewarm leftovers in a pie dish in the oven at 350 degrees F or gently in the microwave.
- Some quiche recipes throw in an additional egg yolk or two, however I don’t find it necessary with the ratio of components in my recipe.
