Moist and tastes superb would give a 1,000,000 out of 10. Used this recipe for my daughter’s birthday party and everybody loved it. I added cinnamon since it was winter and it was so good and moist. This is a pleasant and simple cake to make, I discovered it a bit on the eggy aspect, but I suppose that is just personal choice. Cake is sweet but icing almost tasted like plain butter. Would reduce butter by half after which I might have the ability to eat the slice with icing. Not sure I would use this as a cake…
